Who processes your data
EPF Management Bulgaria, contact: office@epfmanagement.eu, processes business enquiries and partnership proposals.
Data and purposes
We require an email, category and message. Company name and attachment are optional. We use this information to review and respond to enquiries, take pre-contractual steps at your request and manage business correspondence. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Legal basis
Where applicable, pre-contractual steps rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Business correspondence and company representatives are processed on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). The form checkbox acknowledges this policy.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare hosts this site. The form sends data and attachments to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards them to the company mailbox at Zoho Mail and uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Providers may process technical data, including IP addresses, and data outside the EEA. Review their policies using the links below.
Retention
The working review and deletion period for closed correspondence is up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract, legal obligation or defence of rights requires otherwise. FormSubmit states that text submissions are archived for 30 days; attachments are not accessible in that archive. EPF manages mailbox copies.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact office@epfmanagement.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
Cookies and technical data
This site uses no analytics, advertising scripts, external fonts or local storage. Hosting may process security logs. The external spam check opens upon submission and is subject to the provider’s terms.
